Mattemoiselle non cleansing hard gel matte top coat is the latest UV/LED Top Coat by Bernadette Thompson and can be used over any hard gel or acrylic to deliver the perfect matte finish.
Mattemoiselle can be applied over any gel, nail lacquer or acrylic. 
Cure for 1 minute under LED or 2 minutes under UV.
